Wet or Dry?

I find that brushing my hair when it's dry works much better than when it's wet.

What does fasting mean to you?

I'm on the 5th day of a 21 day fast right now and posing the question...
To me me fasting is about stepping out to my edge and seeing what happens.
It's about the unknown or not knowing what I don't know...phew.

Dreams

Maybe we dream other peoples dreams. I mean is it so strange.
Another episode of Northern Exposure popped the question.
It made me think how logical I can be because I know.
I know that I don't know.
Like standing on my toes, reaching, trying, sweating...surrendering.
We live in a time where there is so much information that it's easy to think it's attainable and there's a way to get it. Just puting it out there...I don't get it.

Northern Exposure

Now Northern Exposure is a great show, I love the way the personalities weave together to create "community".
Almost makes me want to put on a coat or two and go visit Alaska.

I dance to find stillness

I was at a jam the other week and thought how great it is to be able to find stillness on the dancefloor. Funny that I find stillness in a place of movement. Go figure.
